Automotive Window Tint Installer. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing automotive window film and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship. This role requires precision, efficiency, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED
- 2 plus years of proven experience in automotive window tint installation
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity
- Keen attention to detail
- Must listen and follow instructions well
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
- Ability to stand/kneel/walk/sit for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Primary Responsibilities - Install automotive window tint film on vehicles, ensuring clean, bubble-free, and accurate application
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and performing any necessary pre-installation tasks
- Interpret and follow tint specifications, patterns, and customer preferences
- Cut tint film using plotter systems or by hand-cutting techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and industry quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation options, care instructions, and aftercare
- Uphold company branding, quality expectations, and Premier Vehicle Installation service standards
- Assist with additional vehicle enhancement services (PPF, wraps, accessories) as needed, depending on skill set
- Stay updated on new products, tools, and techniques in the automotive tinting industry
