Residential Construction Project Coordinator

At Alair Homes Tri Counties , we build some of Southern California's most stunning custom homes and luxury renovations. We're seeking a Project Coordinator who's highly organized, detail-driven, and ready to play a key support role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, budget tracking, permitting, and job documentation
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
• Coordinate permits, inspections, vendor communication , and scheduling
• Manage and update job files, calendars, and client selections
• Maintain timely communication with clients-keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned with timelines
• Assist with job costing, invoice tracking , and other operational tasks
• Contribute to internal process improvements and team efficiency

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in construction coordination or administrative project support (residential preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills -you don't let details slip through the cracks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools like Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or Procore
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction terminology and permitting processes
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
