Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload product carts
• Inspect clothing, linens, accessories, and household items
• Sort and classify items by brand, quality, and condition
• Clean and prepare items for sales floor presentation
• Tag and price products accurately
• Move merchandise to the sales floor
• Operate baling equipment and consolidate goods
• Prep and organize products for shipment

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to meet or exceed production goals
• Capable of tracking and reporting daily performance
• Effective multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Reach overhead, bend and crouch periodically
• Stand for extended periods
• Grasp items continually

Work Environment:

• Occasional exposure to temperature changes and dust
• Flexible scheduling may be required based on store needs and special events
• May be assigned alternative duties as needed

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
