Lease Administration Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports a leading U.S. wireless communications provider by ensuring critical lease and property records are organized, compliant, and up-to-date. Success in this position ensures smooth landlord communication and accurate lease documentation management to enable uninterrupted network operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide lease administration support, ensuring records are complete and compliant
• Communicate updates and required documentation to property owners via email
• Process legal documents and accurately input them into tracking systems
• Audit and resolve missing or incorrect data fields
• Maintain up-to-date records to support the client’s network infrastructure
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of legal, paralegal, or property management experience
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Outlook
• Lease management systems or databases
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in real estate or telecom lease administration
• Familiarity with lease agreement structures and terminology
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
