As a BCBA, you'll be at the forefront of behavior change, helping children build essential skills and overcome challenges. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide vital training to staff and caregivers. What You'll Be Doing:
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
Personalized Plans: Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and data.
Implementation & Supervision: Implement and supervise BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home, school, and via telehealth.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to assess intervention effectiveness and make adjustments.
Training & Mentorship: Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and team members.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
BCBA Certification: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
State Licensure: Tennessee LBA or willingness to obtain.
Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
ABA Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to walk, run, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
