Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Ruloans Financial Services Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai (Andheri East). The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Relevant certifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
Prior experience in the NBFC or financial services industry is a plus
