Job Description

1. Restaurant operation: responsible for the daily operation of the brand's restaurants in overseas markets in the future to ensure efficient operation and service quality;
2. Team management: lead and train the local restaurant team, improve the skills and service awareness of employees, and create a positive working atmosphere;
3. Market analysis: study the local market and consumer demand, and formulate the marketing strategy and sales plan of the restaurant;
