The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for handling and moving materials using powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts), managing inventory through warehouse systems, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate storage, staging, and shipment of goods. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse operations and forklift use.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment.
Comfortable using warehouse technology; computer literate with experience using tablets and scanners.
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
A self-starter with strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks.
A team player who works well with others and follows direction from supervisors.
Has a strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA-compliant forklift certification (or ability to obtain it).
Experience in a manufacturing or production support environment.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

$18.75/hr
