We are seeking a Vacation Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their travel goals and create personalized vacation itineraries. Youll research destinations, manage bookings, and provide guidance every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn their preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Prepare and present tailored vacation itineraries.
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after client trips.
• Stay informed about travel trends, packages, and destination highlights.

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and helping others.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required.
