Used Car Sales Associate – Byrider Wausau Are you motivated, customer-focused, and ready to build a rewarding career in sales? Byrider is looking for a Used Car Sales Associate to join our team at our Wausau location. What We Offer * Competitive pay: $40,000 – $60,000 annually * One-on-one training to set you up for success * Opportunity to grow with a national brand * Industry-leading customer programs * Professional office & supportive team environment * In-house systems & software to simplify your work * Excellent benefits & paid time off What You’ll Do * Connect with customers and build lasting relationships * Set and manage customer appointments * Assist customers through the loan process * Complete structured training plans to grow your skills * Support dealership marketing efforts, including social media What We’re Looking For * Valid driver’s license * Experience in customer service or sales (preferred, not required) * Strong people skills – able to build rapport and trust * Energetic, confident, and self-motivated * Willingness to work within store hours * Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen Work Schedule * No Sundays * 5-day work week * Hours: * Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm * Saturday: 9am–5pm * Average 40–45 hours per week At Byrider, we believe in helping our customers and employees succeed.
