Oversee and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in training delivery.
Actively participate in facility leadership, sharing expertise and coaching team members.
Implement corporate initiatives by coordinating with facility and home office associates.
Support associate engagement through learning opportunities, cross-training, and relationship building.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or pharmacy environments.
Background as a pharmacy technician, with significant experience in training and facilitating learning.
Meets state requirements for pharmacy technicians, including registration and certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage training programs effectively.
Additional Requirements
This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options.
Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule which will periodically include working Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Candidate must be flexible to work outside rotation/shift with advance notice as needed for training and/or business operational needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
