Job Description

The Training Coordinator I is an entry-level position dedicated to supporting the organization and documentation of training programs within our plant. This role offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds are encouraged to contribute, learn, and grow within the company.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Assist in coordinating logistics for all training events, both in-person and virtual, to ensure accessibility and participation.

  2. Organize and maintain departmental training materials, resources, and employee training records.

  3. Track and process onboarding documents for new hires, helping to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience for everyone.

  4. Provide administrative support for initiatives and meetings regrading safety, Continuous improvement and leadership development.

  5. Maintain and update training databases; help prepare reports as needed.

  6. Participate in continuous improvement of training processes, providing feedback and ideas for a better learning environment.

  7. Development of new training tools and resources.

  8. Support initiatives that foster skill development and ensure a safe, respectful workplace for all team members.

  9. Organize and monitor information and documentation regarding Health and Safety programs.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees from all backgrounds and at all organizational levels and promoting an inclusive work culture.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally within the company.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: $33.35

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
