Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities like web-based learning systems, information technology, computer software or hardware and coordinating training programs.
- Support training staff in a variety of ways such as providing support materials, documenting, administering processes, purchasing, or being a resource on specialized training issues.
- May assist in development and delivery of training to channel partners, company personnel and customers.
- Works collaboratively with training staff and channel partners, company personnel and customers on issues relating to their support and coordination role within training.
- Handles telephone support, customer and channel partner phone calls and provides Tier 2 support to resolve issues with channel partners, customers and field personnel. Makes decisions and provides recommendations to Learning Service Provider(s).
- Utilizes selected processes and tools to assist instructors and managers in the processing of relevant communications, training materials, and/or reports.
- Monitors transaction activity on Learning Management System and reconciles revenues and expenses to appropriate course and account and execute the appropriate charge-back method for the user.
- Assist in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters and provide telemarketing support. Generate reports for supervisors and managers to take appropriate actions.
- Assist with shipping, deliveries, catering, and service/supplier management for facility operations.
Skills:
- Serve as a link between customers, suppliers, and other departments to assure responsiveness to customer and business needs.
- Manage administrative functions related to invoicing, outside suppliers, procurements/expenditures as it relates to Purchase Orders and budget.
- Interface with other Company units and departments on issues related to area of responsibility.
- Manage Training Center assets including Company vehicles.
- Schedule all R4 US and Canada and CDIP classes.
- Manage mailbox with other R4 Training Coordinators.
- Manage R4 Scheduling Form on SharePoint.
- For someone to be successful, must have: Soft Skills (People/Communication)/Time Management/Attention to details. Previous Office Coordinator experience.
