Supply Chain Manager | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key metrics and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain functions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 applications in supply chain
