Banker Insulation in Albuquerque, NM is looking to hire an Experienced full-time Spray Foam Insulation Installer to join our team. Do you want to work for a construction company that will reward you for your hard work ? If so, please read on!
This insulation installation position earns a competitive incentive-based wage of $17 - $20 per hour base pay with opportunity to earn up to $35/hour through our footage-based incentive program . We are excited to offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new team members! After 90 days of employment, the bonus will be issued in $100 weekly increments, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing during the payout period.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPRAY FOAM INSULATION INSTALLER
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1 year of construction experience would be a plus. Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? Are you safety conscious? Do you have good problem-solving skills? Can you represent our company in a professional manner? Do you work well both independently and as part of a team? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works a range of 35-55 hours per week .
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPRAY FOAM INSULATION INSTALLER
As a Spray Foam Insulation Installer, you provide a necessary step in the construction process and create a stream of revenue for our company. Each day, you receive your work orders, load the necessary equipment, and travel to the job site. You carefully prepare the job site for an efficient day of work by setting up ladders and scaffolding as well as sealing and masking surfaces to protect them from overspray. Safety is your top priority, and you are committed to protecting yourself and everyone around you. Once everything is prepped and the insulation is mixed and warmed, you spray the foam insulation in the walls, ceiling, or attic, making sure to thoroughly cover all areas. To finish your work, you trim the foam, scrape surfaces, and clean the job site. Throughout your day, you enjoy communicating with your team members and other tradesmen. You take pride in the quality of your work and the essential role you play in constructing new homes and buildings!
