Sol Dias in Irving, TX is looking for two-shift leads to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, owns his/her responsibilities, and is hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards our goal of being the BEST paleteria in TEXAS
• Morning (10AM-4PM) and evening (4-10:30PM) shifts are available

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus

Searching for better opportunities, our family immigrated to the US in 1995 from Jalisco, Mexico, a town known for authentic ice cream and paleta flavors. In 1998, we went all in and opened our first paleteria* in Waco, TX to showcase our hometown recipes. Since then, we have expanded to Dallas Fort-Worth with our 5th store opening this spring.
