Job Description

Overview:

LUBEZONE IS HIRING!

LubeZone, Inc. is a national provider of preventative maintenance solutions for the transportation industry and has immediate position open for a Service Writer!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly manner and gather information from them that is required for their equipment to be serviced
Accurately enter service information in the Point of Sale system-eGenuity.
Complete invoices, collect payments and perform basic accounting duties with daily payment information
Keep display area stocked and assist with add-on sales
Maintain cleanliness in store to ensure a safe and healthy workplace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented
Quick learner, flexible, dependable, on time and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

No technical experience necessary!
