We are currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Pega Certified System Architect Pega Practice

A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Pega System Architect (CSA) to join our Pega digital practice . Reporting to the solution/delivery leadership. The person will have experience in Pega Low-Code-Approach using Pega App Studio, Pega DCO, conducting elaboration sessions, and the working with Lead System Architect and Business Team, project teams on the business requirements but also how to best express requirements and design based on industry knowledge. 

The ideal candidate must have a strong technical, be hands-on, and come prepared and ready to lead Pega projects senior system architecture steam, learn and explore new capabilities of Pega technology. Strong business acumen along with strong communication skills (both oral and written) is an absolute must. Certified System Architects are expected to think independently, but also must value teamwork as they define first-rate software solutions in a collaborative setting.

Specific responsibilities of the new Pega Certified Senior System Architect will be:

1. Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions.
2. Ensures work is delivered by following technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry
3. Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V7.X/8.X tools.
4. Knowledge of PEGA PRPC architecture
5. Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds
6. Responsible for Performance and Code Quality.
7. Implement/Improve automation (in Code, Test, Deployment).
8. Support QA processes and deployments.
9. Adhere and Deliver the duties as assigned by supervisor
10. Contributes to best practice definitions.
11. Analyzes, Identifies, and logs enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC
12. Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule
13. Leads and participates in project teams
14. Uses and promotes the use of best practice project management and testing tools by working in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment.
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Should be self-driven and a team player
17. Work collaboratively with a willingness to listen and work in the fast-paced challenging environment.
18. Experience in working with onsite teams.
19. Creative thinking, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

1. Minimum of 3+ years hands on experience in developing applications using PRPC.
2. Very good analysis and debugging skills
3. Pega CSA certification
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good knowledge about any one of software development methodologies

Travel: Willingness to travel.

Degree: Master or bachelor’s degree in relevant areas.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Knowledge of Latest Pega Capabilities
• Knowledge of Pega Express Methodology
• Knowledge of creating UML diagrams for business process modeling.
• Knowledge of requirement management tools like JIRA, DevOps
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Hands on experience on 6.x, 7.x, SOAP/REST, XML, Oracle etc
• Working exposure on Pega 8.x version
• Domain knowledge in Financial, Healthcare or Insurance sector
