Senior Business Central Developer - Chicago / Remote - $150k

My client is a Business Central end user in the consumer goods/manufacturing space who is looking for a Sr. ERP Developer to act as a technical lead on several exciting projects on their internal system. In this role, you would not only be involved in actual AL extension programming but will also review code and provide mentorship to a team of programmers, both in the US and Europe. As the team continues to grow, you will also play a key role in hiring and supporting new members.

This is an excellent step for professionals looking to move into a managerial role long-term while still being heavily involved in hands-on customization for the short-term.

What You'll Need:

- 3-5 years of experience developing extensions (AL) in Business Central

- Microsoft full stack development is a big plus

- Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred, not required

- Power Platform experience (Query, Automate, BI, App, etc.) is highly preferred

- Experience supporting users, debugging and troubleshooting errors, and creating documentation to lead to process improvements

- Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical concepts to business stakeholders

- The ability to travel (less than 10%) with a valid US passport
