Night Shift Manager:

Looking to join a thriving manufacturing team in the production of quality plastic parts? Well look no further because Roto Mold has an opening for a night shift supervisor. We are looking for a detail oriented Individual to join our growing team and would love to have a motivated individual come in and grow with us. This position is Located in Tea, SD.

Role :

• Manage material specifications and requirements for assigned products and processes.
• Conduct daily activities in a highly organized manner to ensure all aspects of the product production and QC are properly conducted and accurately recorded
• Maintains Safe Work Environment
• Demonstrates good organizational, planning and time management skills
• Oversee the night shift department teams to ensure processes are being followed and quality products are being produced

Preferred Skills and Characteristics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisor or Manager experience.
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Be able to Lift 40 Lbs.
• Detail orientated
• Interact with co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
• Basic Tool and Measurement knowledge

Quality Control Hours:

Schedule - M-Th. 3pm - 12:30am, overtime as scheduled. This is a 36/40 pay (Fridays off).

Starting wage $24/hr. D.O.E., possible increase at end of 60-day probationary period. Health insurance, accrued PTO with carryover, retention bonuses, and paid holidays. You will have the optoin of being paid Weekly or Bi-Weekly
