Position: Salesforce Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, as well as a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and optimize platform performance.
Maintain documentation for design, development, and implementation processes.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with LWC
Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, security model, and sharing rules.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and middleware tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
