We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving business efficiency through system optimization. This role involves day-to-day administration, configuration, and support for a growing user base, ensuring platform stability and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities System Administration & MaintenanceManage all aspects of user administration, including creating and deactivating users, managing roles, profiles, permission sets, and organization-wide sharing settings.
Maintain and customize the Salesforce platform using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
Implement and maintain business process automation using Flows and other automation tools (Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
Manage data quality by running reports, performing mass data updates/imports (using Data Loader or similar tools), and ensuring data integrity.
Manage the installation and configuration of AppExchange packages.
Provide prompt technical support to end-users regarding all Salesforce issues, questions, and training needs.
Develop and conduct training sessions and materials for new and existing users on Salesforce best practices and new features.
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve the platform experience and functionality.
Monitor and manage data security, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place and adhered to.
Create and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales, service, and executive teams.
Manage all configuration changes in a sandboxed environment and follow established change management processes before deployment to production.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience..
Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
Strong proficiency in declarative customization (Flows, validation rules, formulas, custom fields/objects).
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Experience managing a large or complex Salesforce environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
