Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests:
- Greet diners warmly and provide a friendly introduction to the menu.
- Guide them through the dining experience with recommendations and personal touches.
- Order Management:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Check back with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any adjustments as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness:
- Set up and take down dining areas before and after shifts.
- Ensure all tables are clean and presentable at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work with Team:
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Support fellow team members, particularly during busy periods.
- Sales Focus:
- Promote daily specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
- Provide information about restaurant promotions and events.
Requirements
- Experience in food service or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic mathematical skills for managing transactions and cash handling.
- Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Physical Requirements:
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and carry multiple trays.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and move quickly between tables and the kitchen.
