Job Description

Apex Roofing , 

• Full-time employee - commission based. 
• Year-round work, On call 
• I-pad/tablet
• Company truck
• Gas card 

• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs
• Adhere to schedule and appointments set by office
• Perform general inspections to determine complete scope of work for potential repairs/replacements
• Identify when a repair job should be flipped to the Sales Team for assessment for replacement job
• Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
• Estimate materials and labor costs needed to complete the job and create electronic Estimate for Customers while on-site
• Perform repair while on-site if able
• Perform approved repair services as reflected on Estimate when repair job is scheduled 
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and department processes in timely manner and meet KPI’s
• Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, time sheets, etc.
• Effectively navigate technology including, but not limited to: CRM platform, tablets, cell phone
• Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places
• Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel
• Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical and professional manner
• Willingness to be on call for after hour emergencies such as active leaks and storm response (will be compensated accordingly)

• Roofing experience, minimum of 1 year
• Must be able to pass background and driving record checks.
• Travel around Austin, Marble Falls, Killeen and surrounding areas.
