We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position is for an RN who will be working at a clinic supporting orders, med refills, patient triage, and education.
GI Experience Highly Preferred
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in clinical settings such as Level I Trauma Centers or acute care facilities.
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and acute pain management practices.
- Familiarity with medical-surgical nursing principles and memory care protocols.
- Experience in ophthalmology or spinal tap procedures is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide nursing teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
