Open Doors ABA
Part-time | Hendersonville & Springfield, TN | M-F 3:30pm–7:30pm (15–20 hrs/week)

About The Role
As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based behavior therapy to children and families in the Hendersonville and Springfield areas. You’ll work directly under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans that make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Implement ABA treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
Collect and record accurate data on client progress
Engage children in structured, play-based learning activities
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
Current RBT certification (required)
Reliable transportation between Hendersonville and Springfield
Passionate, dependable, and committed to helping children reach their goals
Ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings
