Compensation: $75,000+ at plan earnings, with upside commission potential for top performers. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Negotiate & Close: Sell investment properties to buyers and investors at maximum value. • Own the Pipeline: Build and maintain a buyer list, keep deals moving, and follow up relentlessly. • Market Properties: Push inventory through listings, email campaigns, and direct outreach. • Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Acquisitions to move deals seamlessly from signed contract to closed sale. • Hit Your Goals: Exceed monthly and quarterly targets — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary. Qualifications: Requirements: • Valid U.S. driver’s license & reliable transportation. • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with technology and CRM tools. • Willingness to travel locally for showings and buyer meetings.
