Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lists of properties available for sale

• Showcase properties to potential buyers in a friendly and informative manner

• Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers

• Guide buyers and sellers through the negotiation and transaction process

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
