Job Details: Registered Dental Assistant

• Location : Correctional Facility in Soledad, California
• Pay Rate $31.00 to $33.00 Per Hour
• Schedule : 6 months Full Time Contract Eligible for extension
• Mon - Fri 07:00am - 03:30pm

Requirements: RDA Registered Dental Assistant

• Twelve (16) continuous months of experience within the last three (2) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution. Clinical competencies must be current
• Valid Photo ID Driver’s License or Passport (Required)
• Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association
• Possess a current and valid RDA Registered Dental Assistant license issued by Dental Board of California.

Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: RDA Registered Dental Assistant

• Familiarity with common dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and mix dental materials, as well as set up dental accessories.
• Foster positive working relationships with healthcare professionals and team members.
• Understand the names of teeth and the various surfaces of a tooth's crown.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure successful job performance.
