Job Description
- Responsible for the initial management of the project: including project initiation, planning, design, and approval for commencement.
- Manage the construction phase of the project: including quality, progress, investment, safety control, and management of contractors, suppliers, designers, and other units.
- Organize project completion handover and post-evaluation management.
- Coordinate and communicate with construction parties, consultants, and local government to establish harmonious cooperative relationships; communicate, liaise, and report with company leadership, overseas business units, group company, and cooperative partners.
- Develop internal management and allocation systems within the framework of company regulations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
