Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dependable painters to work on residential and commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. As a painter with 360° Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, following project timelines and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial painting
• Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to prep surfaces, including sanding, priming, and caulking
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation to job sites within the Dayton area
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
