Practice Manager – Full-Time Opportunity in Central Nebraska

A hospital   west of Fremont, NE   is seeking a dedicated   Practice Manager   to join their Orthopedics and Sports Medicine department!

Practice Manager Pay:

• Salary:  $61,000-$76,000
  

Practice Manager Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  
• Responsibilities: Oversee all operational functions of a hospital-owned, multi-provider clinic. Supervise and evaluate both clinical and administrative staff. Manage the revenue cycle and all financial and business operations in collaboration with Hospital Administration and the Accounting Department. Coordinate the clinic’s EMR system (Paragon) with IT support.
  

Practice Manager Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred, ideally with a background in business or accounting
  
• 5 years of Healthcare management or leadership experience required
  
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCs billing and coding, and experience in a medical clinic or hospital business office is preferred
