As the Plant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of the plants operations:
Lead all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, and continuous improvement .
Champion a culture of lean manufacturing and safety-first practices .
Ensure delivery of the plants strategic and operational goals while aligning with corporate values.
Oversee customer relationship management and participate in sales and product development discussions .
Drive process improvements and develop new products to ensure long-term competitiveness and innovation.
Lead, mentor, and develop the leadership team and workforce.
Implement systems to optimize plant efficiency , profitability, quality, and health & safety performance.
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and growth.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of plant management experience , preferably in the packaging or paper industry.
Proven leadership in polystyrene foam container or paper manufacturing is essential.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certification highly preferred.
Strong experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management .
Demonstrated success in building and sustaining a safety-first culture .
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP .
