Role Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents, supporting functional recovery and independence

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Mentor and support therapy staff, promoting professional growth and engagement

  • Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance

  • Oversee documentation, scheduling, productivity, and quality assurance

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin

  • Experience in skilled nursing, senior living, or rehabilitation settings preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
