Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
Mentor and support therapy staff, promoting professional growth and engagement
Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance
Oversee documentation, scheduling, productivity, and quality assurance
Encourage innovative, evidence-based approaches to therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
Experience in skilled nursing, senior living, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
