The Role

• Lead, inspire, and develop a small team of high-performing recruiters
• Drive end-to-end hiring strategies for clients in Data & AI across the U.S.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture with a focus on delivery, quality, and growth
• Manage client relationships, win new business, and grow key accounts
• Analyze data-driven KPIs to continually improve performance and outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to shape team structure, goals, and training

About You

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role
• Strong business development experience
• Background in tech recruitment, ideally within data, analytics, or AI
• Proven track record of team success and individual performance
• Driven, commercial mindset with a passion for innovation
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills
