PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Memphis TN 38134 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $24.45/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Mon-Fri + rotating weekends
• Weekdays: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Pharmacy Technician role focuses on prescription fulfillment, IV preparation, data entry, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications under pharmacist supervision
• Enter prescription and billing data accurately into computer systems
• Prepackage medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist the pharmacist with final prescription checks and packaging
• Support accurate and timely medication delivery
• Maintain inventory by receiving, rotating, and tracking medications and supplies
• Monitor lot numbers and expiration dates
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Ensure equipment is calibrated, safe, and clean
• Help maintain a clean and safe pharmacy workspace

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active Pharmacy Tech license in the state of TN
• Ability to work onsite and flexible shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Comfort working under direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
