An established and thriving Dental Office is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join their growing team in the Chicago, IL metro area . The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities of Oral Surgeon:
* Perform a variety of oral surgery procedures, including extractions, implant placement, and bone grafting
* Evaluate and diagnose patients' oral and facial conditions
* Develop treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
* Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
* Stay up-to-date with the latest oral surgery techniques and technologies
* Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
* Heavy Medicaid (bulk of patients under 21)
Qualifications of Oral Surgeon:
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active Dental License in the state of Illinois
* Active oral surgery specialty certification
* Strong clinical skills and experience with oral surgery procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Dedication to ongoing professional development
