Job Description

Operating Room Nurse

  • Responsibilities : As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgery. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting the surgical team during procedures, monitoring patients’ vital signs, and ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use. You will also provide pre- and post-operative care, educating patients about the surgical process and recovery.
  • Required Skills : Expertise in surgical nursing practices, knowledge of sterile techniques, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication with surgical teams and patients.
  • Qualifications : Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the operating room or perioperative nursing, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.
  • Stipend : Total stipend of $2,600 weekly / $11,100 monthly.
