Cedar Oaks Wellness Center is now hiring for an On-Call Admissions Representative!

Part-Time | Friday – Sunday

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Admissions Rep to join our team on an on-call, part-time basis can lead to full time in the future. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping individuals access mental health and addiction treatment, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently support clients and families during their first point of contact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings and gather essential intake information
• Coordinate with clinical and medical staff to determine appropriateness for admission
• Provide empathetic, professional support to clients and families seeking care
• Document all calls, assessments, and admission decisions accurately and promptly
• Assist with scheduling admissions, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth transitions
• Maintain communication with treatment teams and follow up on pending cases

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional
• Experience in behavioral health, admissions, customer service, sales or healthcare preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday)
