Job Description
We are currently seeking to fill our Seasonal-Winter Office Assistant position.
- Training will begin at hire.
- Work schedule will begin at hire through mid-April 2026,, working 3 to 4 days a week with the potential to work 5 days a week during March. Typical hours are 9-3 but can be flexible to accommodate personal/family scheduling and low work volume days.
- Position duties include answering phones and greeting clients; completing a variety of clerical tasks; and assembling a variety of paperwork including tax returns.
- MUST have customer service, call handling, experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, attention to detail and an interest in learning new skills are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a professional office environment is required and Tax preparation is preferred, but not required.
- This is a recurring seasonal opening.
- Hourly rate based on experience.
- A background check is required.
