Our client, a busy eyecare clinic in Redmond, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to an office that helps patients see their best! While prior optometry or healthcare office experience is highly valued, they are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Here's What You'll Be Doing...

• Handle general office tasks: answering phones, managing emails/faxes, stocking supplies
• Schedule patients via phone, email, and online portal
• Verify insurance coverage for exams, glasses, and contacts
• Assist patients in selecting frames (after training)
• Support optometry-specific tasks, including:
• Ordering glasses and contacts
• Training new contact lens wearers
• Helping process exam, glasses, and contact lens insurance claims (after training)

Here's the Important Details...

• Location: Redmond, WA
• Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour lunch) + Saturday (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM preferred)
• Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Benefits: Medical insurance stipend available for full-time employees
