The NCMS Office Support Staff is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Main Office. This includes but is not limited to: answering the phones, greeting students and families, recruiting and registering new students, filing, and office organization. General knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Google Drive Applications is required. Experience with Canva is preferred.
This is a part-time, in-person, front-of-office position. The ideal candidate(s) will work on Mondays from 3-8:30pm and Tuesdays from 1-8:30pm. Additional hours at special events and classroom support may also be available on an on-call basis. Hours may increase in the summer months or by arrangement. Musical knowledge is a plus, but not required. This is the perfect position for a high school graduate, college student, or retiree looking to make a difference in the nonprofit Nashua arts community.

Pay: $15-$17/hr based on experience
