Our client, a mid-sized Atlanta law firm, is seeking an energetic, polished, and articulate Office Assistant to support front-office operations and administrative projects. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, vendors, and guests professionally and answer incoming calls.
Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and calendars.
Assist with filing, document prep, and general office organization.
Support the Office/HR Manager with projects and administrative tasks.
Help maintain smooth office operations and supplies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years admin experience a plus.
Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
