As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting various marketing campaigns and initiatives, helping us achieve our goals through meticulous execution and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: · Assist in data entry and data maintenance tasks within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our marketing efforts. · Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring each element is meticulously tracked and recorded. · Diligently measure and report on the results of various marketing initiatives, helping the team gain valuable insights into campaign performance. · Assist with planning and execution of our participation in tradeshows and other industry events, including our proprietary event, PRGXchange · Contribute to copywriting tasks for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing materials, focusing on precision and clarity. · Contribute to social media audience growth and engagement strategies, applying your understanding of community management to foster meaningful interactions with our online community. · Participate in the creation of written, video, and image content for diverse marketing channels, while ensuring adherence to established guidelines. · Engage in marketing brainstorming sessions, where your insights will contribute to the creative process behind our campaigns. · Support the management of website SEO, making data-driven updates to improve visibility and accessibility. · Participate in both formal and informal training opportunities that will enhance your skill set and understanding of practical marketing applications. Qualifications / Skills: · Possess an applied understanding of basic marketing principles, enabling you to contribute effectively to data entry and administrative tasks. · A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. · Comfortable with multitasking within a deadline-driven environment, contributing to the timely execution of marketing activities. · Exhibit creative problem-solving skills that will be essential for navigating various challenges in a dynamic marketing environment. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to assist in crafting clear and concise marketing messages. · Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices, which will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence. · Familiarity with major social media and video platforms that will be leveraged for meticulous campaign tracking. · Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills that may be applied to enhance our marketing materials. Education and Experience Requirements: · Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, reflecting your commitment to understanding the foundational concepts of the industry. We prefer that current college applicants be in their junior or senior year. · Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent, showcasing your dedication to building a strong marketing knowledge base. · Basic proficiency or a strong interest in learning about SalesForce for CRM data entry and maintenance. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook , PowerPoint ) to facilitate effective data management and reporting. · Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus, though not required.
