Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Post House Jackson—a 150-unit community located on Rachel Drive.

- Welcome and guide potential residents throughout the leasing process 👋
- Show off our available and model apartments with enthusiasm 🏠✨
- Keep marketing efforts fresh and engaging 🎯
- Manage lease applications and agreements efficiently 📝
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents and teammates 🤝
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Leasing experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Background in customer service or sales 🛍️
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn 😊
- Comfortable with using multiple software systems 💻
- Availability: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
