As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will help customers from the beginning to the end of their purchase. This can happen in several ways: in-person or online appointments, over the phone, or through live chat! Your job is to help customers find the perfect jewelry from our luxury collection. Y
ou will work quickly to meet and exceed sales goals while creating special moments for our customers during their happiest times.
The best candidate for this job will be able to work full-time, including weekends. This position is in-person at our showroom in San Diego, CA.
**Job Duties**
- Use sales techniques and knowledge about our products to help customers make decisions during appointments and walk-in visits, creating memorable experiences for each customer.
- Manage a lot of incoming sales requests through email, live chat, and phone calls to meet individual sales goals, providing a luxury experience that matches our high-quality products.
- Greet and assist customers as they shop, making the experience personal and memorable.
- Help customers after their purchase, demonstrating how to pick up, exchange, resize, or answer any other questions they may have.
- Call customers to confirm their showroom appointments and answer any questions they have before their visit.
- Look at customer feedback surveys and online reviews, and work with your team leaders to improve the customer experience and your sales performance.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment in the waiting area and keep track of the jewelry for security.
- Open and close the showroom and waiting area as needed.
- Use the ERP system to organize your tasks and communicate with other team members.
- Represent our brand by sharing our mission to make the jewelry industry more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate.
