Jewelry Sales Consultants create wonderful experiences for customers.
As a Jewelry Consultant, you will help customers throughout their buying journey using our sales platforms: in-person meetings, virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat! These team members help customers find the perfect jewelry from our luxury collection.
By reaching and surpassing sales goals in a busy environment, this team makes each customer’s special moments even happier.
We are looking for someone who can work full-time, including weekends.
This job is in-person at our Brooklyn, NY showroom.
Job Duties
- Use sales techniques and knowledge about our products to help customers make choices during appointments and walk-in visits, making each experience unique and memorable.
- Handle many incoming sales inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls to meet your sales goals, making sure customers enjoy a luxury experience that matches our high-quality products.
- Welcome and assist customers during their purchase, creating a special one-on-one experience with each person.
- Follow up with customers after they buy jewelry to help with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, or any questions they have.
- Call customers to confirm their showroom appointments and answer any questions they might have before their visit.
- Review customer feedback and online comments, working with your team leaders to improve customer experience and your sales results.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all customers in the waiting area and help keep the jewelry secure.
- Open and close the showroom and waiting area as needed.
- Use our system to manage your tasks and communicate with other team members.
- Promote our brand by sharing our goal of creating a sustainable, transparent, and caring jewelry industry.
