The Jewelry Sales Consultants give a great service.
As a Jewelry Sales Consultant you will help customers during the entire buying process using our various sales methods: in-person meetings virtual appointments phone calls or live chat! You will help customers find the perfect jewelry from our luxury collection.
By meeting and exceeding sales goals in a busy environment you create special experiences and help celebrate important moments in our customers lives.
The best candidate should be able to work full-time including weekends. This job is at our showroom in Dallas TX.
Job duties
- Use sales strategies and your knowledge of our products to help customers decide what to buy during meetings and walk-in visits. Create special and personalized experiences for each customer.
- Handle many incoming sales inquiries through email live chat and phone calls to reach your individual sales targets providing a luxury experience for our customers.
- Welcome and assist customers to make their purchasing process memorable and personal.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to help customers with pickups exchanges resizing and other questions after they buy.
- Call customers to confirm their appointments and answer any questions they have before they come in.
- Review customer feedback and online reviews working with your managers to keep improving the customer experience and your sales performance.
- Enforce safety rules in the waiting area to ensure a good experience for all visitors and protect our products.- Open and close the showroom and waiting area.
- Use our system to manage your tasks and communicate with other teams.
- Promote our brand by sharing our goal of creating a more sustainable and fair jewelry industry.
