DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. a dynamic engineering and architecture firm, is looking for an experienced IT Director to lead the strategic and operational management of our technology infrastructure at our Southfield, MI office. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership in-office position responsible for supporting our IT vision, guiding technology decisions, and ensuring our systems support the unique needs of our architectural and engineering teams.
As our IT Director, you will oversee the firm’s technology environment—ensuring it supports the evolving needs of architectural and engineering workflows, including software such as AutoCAD and Revit. You’ll manage IT policies, supervise technology assets, and lead the firm’s cybersecurity, networking, and IT compliance efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Thorough understanding of IT governance, policies, compliance, cybersecurity, network administration and best practices
Experience managing and implementing IT systems in a professional services or AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) environment is highly desirable
Experience with Autodesk product deployment, licensing, and support (AutoCAD and Revit)
Ability to work onsite in Southfield, MI
