Your work will help us deliver on our promise of excellence and innovation in healthcare operations.

· Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at prioritizing tasks, and remain calm under pressure.

· Collaborative Communicator: You’re skilled at building relationships, listening actively, and conveying complex information clearly—both verbally and in writing.

· Detail-Oriented & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems and tools.

· Healthcare Knowledge: Experience with self-funded health insurance products, ancillary benefits, and regulatory requirements (ACA, HIPAA, state laws) is a plus.

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

· 3–5 years of experience in self-funded billing, accounts receivable, claims, enrollment, reconciliation, or customer service within the healthcare industry.

What’s In It for You:

· Purposeful Work: Make a tangible difference for clients and members every day.

· Growth & Learning: Expand your expertise through continuous training, exposure to complex cases, and opportunities to innovate.
